How long will it take for delivery of an order? When should I expect my order?
Our products can be impacted by heat, so, during warmer months we carefully wrap and cold pack your items. Due to the Postal Service’s new mail pick-up schedule in our area we only ship on Thursday each week.
We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail which means your package should arrive in 1 to 3 days from the date your order is shipped. WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY DATES.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is $9.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item when shipping to the same mailing address.
Does Scotch Bonnet Fudge & Gifts ship to countries outside of the United States?
Yes, we do. Please contact us directly at 1-888-354-4242 for assistance.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, we do. If shipping to an APO you can order directly online or by phone.
If I have sent a gift to someone, will the price show up on the package?
No, it will not. We do not include cost information in our packaging. All invoices are electronic and will be sent to you via email.
Do you have candy for anyone with allergies?
Jelly Belly jelly beans are gluten free, peanut free, dairy free, fat free and vegetarian friendly. All Jelly Belly jelly beans are certified OU Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Jelly Belly jelly beans do not contain gelatin.
Do you any products for diabetics?
We offer sugar-free fudge and sugar-free salt water taffy.
What are the ingredients in your fudge?
All of our fudge contains ingredients that are processed on equipment and with utensils that come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, dairy, cocoa, soy, wheat, egg and artificial food coloring.
All of our fudges may contain the following:
Sugar, water, hydrogenated palm kernel oil with soy lecithin, butter (cream [milk], salt), corn syrup solids, brown sugar, chocolate liquor, nonfat dry mild solids, cocoa, cream (milk) powder, sorbitol, salt, natural & artificial flavors, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, soy, wheat, egg, artificial food coloring
What are the ingredients in your salt water taffy?
All of our salt water taffy contains ingredients that are processed on equipment and with utensils that come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, milk, soy, wheat, egg and artificial food coloring.
All of our salt water taffy may contain the following:
Sugar, corn syrup, invert sugar, cottonseed oil (no cholesterol), salt corn starch, pure and artificial flavors, citric acid, US artificial colors FD&C Yellow #5, #6, Red #3, #40, Blue #1, #2
Do you sell custom party favors for weddings or parties?
Not at this time.

Can you freeze fudge?
Yes, fudge is one of those foods that can be frozen without worry. It will keep for up to 12 months. Just wrap it in a ziploc type bag and expel as much air as you can. When you want to enjoy the fudge, just let it slowly come back to room temperature.
How do I keep my fudge fresh?
Keep your fudge wrapped in plastic wrap, or in a baggie, or in an air tight container. It is best kept at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Fudge should not be refrigerated as the refrigerator will dry it out faster. Fudge will keep at room temperature for several weeks.
Does fudge melt?
Fudge does not melt like candy bars or chocolate does. It will get soft, but it will not melt. If it is soft, bring it into an air-conditioned room and it will firm back up. It needs no refrigeration and should not be kept in the refrigerator because it will dry it out much faster.
